EIL Non-woven Materials

EIL non-woven fabric for making rollers is a special type of non-woven material, which adopts the production process of common non-woven fabrics on the market, but is different from ordinary non-woven fabrics. Our non-woven fabrics will use special natural fibers or chemical fibers to mix according to the customer’s requirements to produce the base fabric we want, and then let the base fabric be immersed in special adhesives, and produced through heat treatment and shaping processes.

The nonwoven fabrics we use mainly have the following characteristics:

  1. The non-woven fabric used by EIL to make rollers is a special material synthesized by a variety of fibers and a variety of adhesives, in which the length and thickness of the fibers are also determined by experiments, so as to ensure that the processed cloth has specific strength, elasticity, fatigue resistance and other characteristics. The special mesh structure formed by fibers is treated with adhesives and heat treatment to further enhance the mechanical properties and chemical resistance of the cloth.
  2. The non-woven fabric used in EIL rollers is manufactured by a well-known non-woven fabric company in the United States, which specially customized formulas and processes according to different working conditions to meet the needs of different customers.
  3. EIL’s non-woven fabrics are designed with about 40% of the voids, which ensure that the non-woven rollers can have a sponge-like water absorption effect during use. During the pressure and loosening process, the roller can better absorb the liquid and dirty particles on the surface of the sheet or cloth, so that the surface of the metal sheet and strip through the non-woven roller becomes clean. At the same time, due to the void on the surface of the non-woven roller, the friction coefficient on the surface of the non-woven roller is better than that of ordinary rubber roller.
